2. Product Description

All products sold by Reselling Made Simple are digital e-books containing supplier contact information and reselling guides. No physical products are shipped. All deliveries are made electronically via email immediately upon payment confirmation.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing digital content only
  • Products contain contact information for third-party suppliers
  • We do not manufacture, supply, or guarantee the quality of products from listed suppliers
  • Supplier availability, pricing, and inventory are subject to change without notice

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Reselling Made Simple. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Delivery & Access

Products are delivered instantly via automated email upon payment confirmation. You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address at checkout
  • Checking spam/junk folders for delivery emails
  • Downloading and securing your files immediately upon receipt

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, email service provider issues, or user error.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We operate a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy once products have been delivered. This policy is legally supported under:

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m)
  • US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

Limited exceptions:

  • Use supplier contacts for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
  • Engage in activities that violate intellectual property rights, trademark laws, or consumer protection regulations
  • Share login credentials or purchase access with third parties
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract content from our digital products

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, guides, and supplier lists, is the intellectual property of Reselling Made Simple and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

The supplier contacts provided are for informational purposes only. Reselling Made Simple:

  • Does not manufacture, distribute, or guarantee products from listed suppliers
  • Is not responsible for supplier business practices, product quality, shipping times, or customer service
  • Does not endorse or verify the legality of products sold by third-party suppliers
  • Is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions with suppliers

You are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy and legality of products and suppliers before conducting business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reselling Made Simple shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products
  • Business losses, lost profits, or financial damages resulting from supplier transactions
  • Legal issues arising from reselling activities or supplier relationships
  • Product quality, authenticity, or legality issues with third-party suppliers

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital products constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to:

  • Pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors and relevant authorities
  • Ban users from future purchases

All disputes should be addressed directly with us before initiating chargebacks.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information (email addresses, payment details) to fulfill orders. By purchasing, you consent to our collection and use of this information. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to process payments.

12. Modifications to Terms
