At Reselling Made Simple, all products are digital e-books, delivered instantly via automated software once your payment has been confirmed.

Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we operate a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy once an order has been completed and the product has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this legally binding policy.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect email address provided at checkout (we can update your order, but no refund will be issued).

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases (these may be issued as full store credit or, at our discretion, refunded at 50% of the duplicate order value).

  • Regional restrictions (if certain suppliers or features are not accessible in your country).

  • Misunderstanding of the product (all items are clearly described as digital e-books; no physical goods are shipped).

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Unwillingness or inability to use the product.

  • Claims of non-receipt after download access has been logged in our system.

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m) – no right of withdrawal applies to digital content once delivery has begun with consumer consent.

  • US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines – refunds are not required for intangible, delivered digital content.
